or School of Food and Nutritional Sciences, University of Shizuoka, Shizuoka City

Job description: Plant transformation for genome editing, associated with genetic engineering by Escherichia coli and plant cell culture.

Experience of PCR, cloning, and aseptic handling is needed.

Additionally, skill in analysis of compounds derived from plants is expected for the work at the University of Shizuoka.

Working time: About 6 hours between 10:00 and 18:00, around 20 hours in total per week

Employment period: Early in December after the decision to the end of February, 2021; to be reconsidered for the next fiscal year

Salary: Over 1,200 yen per hour, with workmen's compensation and unemployment insurance

Commutation allowance: 500 yen or less per day

Parking lot: Available without charge

Educational background, qualification, and age: No requirement or limit
